On January 22nd 2025, we unveiled the 6th edition of the most comprehensive study on top leadership diversity across the Nordics: The Nordic Business Diversity Index 2025. This year, the study expands to include all Nordic countries, with Norway joining for the first time, making this 2025 edition the largest study to date.

As the most extensive annual research in the Nordics, the Nordic Business Diversity Index 2025 explores the diversity landscape of top leadership in listed companies across Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, and Norway. This year we have analysed over 10,000 board and executive members from over 840 companies.

With the theme The Future of Talent, this year's report addresses how diverse leadership is critical to navigating an era defined by digitalisation, extended careers, intergenerational collaboration, and heightened societal expectations. As technology, automation, and AI redefine productivity, and as employees and customers call for meaningful action on climate change, inclusion, and well-being, companies with diverse, purpose-driven leadership will be best positioned to thrive.
