Position: Sustainability Consultant / Senior Consultant (open application)

Your Position:
We're dedicated to aiding our client companies as they transition towards sustainability, from strategy formulation to direct implementation. In collaboration with the team, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions, assuming different roles such as analyst, advisor, team lead, project manager. Your typical responsibilities include:

• Make sense of the primary challenges and opportunities our clients face in their sustainability journey

• Craft engagement proposals.

• Support our clients with compliance readiness, sustainability strategies, programs and business processes

• Support in translating strategic visions into tangible organizational actions

• Support project planning and execution

• Facilitate client workshops and meetings and manage the execution of our projects

• Push for and perpetually refine our internal operations, introducing fresh perspectives to consistently deliver added value to our clients

• Support in recruitment initiatives

• Foster and nurture client relationships in collaboration with the Impaktly team

We're on the hunt for someone with:

• Someone with 0-5 years working experience in the consulting industry

• Strong facilitation, project managements skills, management consulting tools and frameworks or ability to demonstrate the potential in gaining these skills

• An optimistic and curious entrepreneurial mind and a lifelong willingness to learn more

• An individual with a proactive mindset, a collaborative spirit, a passion for driving positive change, and a knack for seeing things through to completion

• All previous study and work experience related to sustainability is seen as a plus but not a must
