Senior Consultant / Manager Environmental Sustainability

Your Position:

We're dedicated to aiding our client companies as they transition towards sustainability, from strategy formulation to direct implementation. In your role, you'll integrate with our diverse team, offering an environmental sustainability perspective in our client interactions

In collaboration with the team, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions, assuming different roles such as advisor, team lead, project manager. Your typical responsibilities include:

• Introducing a comprehensive environmental viewpoint, pushing both our team and our clients to aim higher.

• Understanding the central environmental sustainability risks and opportunities of our clients.

• Conducting evaluations and assessment to aid our clients in making informed decisions.

• Facilitating client workshops and meetings and managing the execution of our projects.

• Developing client relationships together with the team

• Aiding in our company's growth endeavors and recruitment initiatives.

• Infusing environmental sustainability knowledge across all Impaktly teams

We're on the hunt for someone with:

• Between 3 to 10 years of expertise in environmental sustainability consultancy, particularly in areas like climate, biodiversity, or circularity.

• Prior experience in the industry (client side) or within a consultancy role.

• A firm grasp on current environmental sustainability topics, coupled with practical experience in a business setting.

• Exceptional abilities in facilitation and project management

• An individual with a proactive mindset, a collaborative spirit, a passion for driving positive change, and a knack for seeing things through to completion.
